Sorry, The DupeFree Pro HelpDesk Is Currently Down For Maintenance.
Unfortunately the free helpdesk solution we were using was buckling under the quantity of spam tickets being submitted. As a result it has been creating errors all over the place.
We are very sorry if you have submitted a support ticket recently and are yet to receive a response from us. It is likely the system lost your ticket in the mess.
We found we were getting new ticket notifications for tickets that were not actually showing up in the system. Because of this we are unable to respond to them or even retrieve contact details to respond outside the ticket system. Please do accept our sincere apologies if this has happened to you.
